By enrolling in the Jeevandhara Digital Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the terms and policies outlined below. These terms govern your participation and earnings through referral activities on our platform.

1. Enrollment

To participate, you must register on our affiliate portal and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.

2. Referral Tracking

Each affiliate will receive a unique referral code or link. All purchases made through this link will be tracked and attributed to your account.

3. Commission Structure

• Earn a fixed or percentage-based commission on eligible sales.
• Commission structure may vary depending on product category or promotional offers.
• Commission will only be paid on completed and non-returned orders.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are processed monthly once your earnings reach the minimum threshold.
• You must provide valid bank or wallet details to receive payments.
• Taxes, if applicable, will be deducted as per local regulations.

5. Code of Conduct

Affiliates are expected to promote Jeevandhara Digital ethically and truthfully. Any misleading, false, or spammy behavior may lead to disqualification and forfeiture of earnings.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account for breach of terms, inactivity, or misuse of the program.

7. Legal Disclaimer & Responsibility

Jeevandhara Digital is a Technology Platform that facilitates API-based digital services and ecommerce operations. All referral transactions, sales, and conversions are processed based on user actions, and commissions are calculated only on legitimate and verified orders.

7.1 Platform Liability Limitation

• Jeevandhara Digital acts only as a service and referral commission intermediary.
• The platform does not guarantee earnings and does not commit to fixed recurring income.
• Any income generated depends solely on the affiliate's performance and valid referrals.

8. Commission Fraud & Misuse Policy

Affiliates found attempting to manipulate or generate false commission activity may be permanently removed from the program without payout. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals for commission earning.
• Creation of multiple fake accounts using same device/IP.
• Use of stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment instruments.
• Submitting fake payment proofs or screenshots.
• Forcing or misleading users to complete purchases for commission benefit.

Consequences of Policy Violation

• Immediate suspension of affiliate account.
• Commission withholding & wallet freeze.
• Termination of program access permanently.
• Legal reporting under IT Act Sec. 66D/43A if fraud is detected.

9. Refund, Reversal & Commission Deduction Rules

All affiliate commissions are subject to return validation and payment completion. Commissions will NOT be paid in situations where:

• The customer cancels the order.
• Order is returned or rejected by customer.
• Recharge/bill payment fails or is reversed.
• Fraud risk is detected on the referral account.

In case a previously credited transaction is later refunded or charged back, Jeevandhara Digital may:

• Reverse and deduct commission from affiliate wallet balance, OR
• Adjust deduction against future earnings automatically.

Verifiable proof may be requested before commission approval including:

• Valid transaction ID
• UPI/bank payment reference
• User verification confirmation

Without proof → No commission payout.
