Jeevandhara Digital provides secure and instant digital services
for mobile recharges, DTH, electricity, gas, water, and other bill
payments. By using our bill payment services, you agree to the
terms outlined below.
1. Services Wallet
All bill payments and digital services are processed using the
Services Wallet. Users must ensure sufficient
balance is available before initiating a transaction.

The Services Wallet balance can only be used for recharges and
bill payments within Jeevandhara Digital.

It cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank/UPI, or used on
third-party platforms.

It is a Closed Wallet and not an RBI-authorised
Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI).
2. Transactions

Users must provide accurate details (e.g., mobile number,
operator, biller ID, amount).

Jeevandhara Digital is not responsible for failed transactions
caused by incorrect inputs by the user.

Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully processed, it
cannot be reversed or cancelled.
3. Refund Policy

If a recharge or bill payment fails but the amount is deducted,
the refund will be automatically credited back to your
Services Wallet.

Refunds are typically processed within
3–5 business days, subject to operator/bank
confirmation.

No refunds will be credited to bank accounts, UPI, or in cash —
refunds go to the wallet only.

Wrong inputs provided by the user (e.g., incorrect number or
bill ID) are non-refundable.
4. Limitations
- Wallet balances are non-interest bearing.

We are not liable for delays caused by operator downtime,
technical failures, or third-party payment gateways.
