delivery of products purchased from our website.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across most cities and towns in India. Remote
or restricted zones may be subject to limited service.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the
destination.

Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays,
or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is free for orders above ₹999.

A nominal delivery fee of ₹49 may apply to smaller orders.

Charges will be displayed at checkout before placing your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS
or email to monitor the delivery progress.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier services and logistics companies to
ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address, customer
unavailability, or refusal:
- The courier may attempt redelivery.

If still undelivered, the order will be returned to Jeevandhara
Digital.

Refunds (if applicable) will be credited only to the customer’s
Shopping Wallet, after deducting any applicable
shipping charges.

No refunds will be made to bank accounts, UPI, or in cash.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Please raise a complaint within 48 hours of
delivery by contacting our support team with order details and
images.

After verification, a replacement will be shipped, or the refund
will be credited to your Shopping Wallet.
- No refunds will be issued in cash, UPI, or bank transfer.
8. Policy Updates
Jeevandhara Digital reserves the right to update or modify this
Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are
encouraged to review the policy periodically for the latest
updates.
9. Legal Disclaimer & Owner Protection
Jeevandhara Digital operates purely as an intermediary platform
for product listings, order processing and dispatch management. We
do not manufacture or alter products — all goods are shipped as
received from suppliers/brands.
A. Responsibility Scope
- All orders are fulfilled as provided by the customer.

We are not liable for delivery failure caused due to
wrong/incomplete address details entered by the user.

Any additional re-delivery or return cost due to incorrect
address or repeated failed delivery attempts shall be borne by
the customer.
B. Incorrect Entry / Wrong Address
If the user enters an incorrect:
- Delivery address
- Pincode
- Phone number
- Recipient name
→ Delivery delays, return or loss arising from incorrect input
shall not be the liability of the company.
C. Fraudulent Activity / Chargeback Abuse
If a user is found involved in or suspected of fraudulent behavior
such as:
- False product not-received claims
- Fake/refused delivery disputes
- Chargeback fraud or misuse
- Multiple suspicious accounts for order manipulation
Jeevandhara Digital may take actions such as:
- Account termination
- Wallet freeze
- Order blacklist
- Cyber complaint under IT Act (Sec. 66D/43A)
D. Law Enforcement Compliance
In case of legal disputes, fraud investigations or government-led
inquiries, we may share relevant data including:
- Order logs & delivery proof
- IP & device identifiers
- Payment references & trails
- KYC/authentication documents (if obtained)
This disclosure is done only under lawful request and does not
imply liability or wrongdoing of the company.
