These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Jeevandhara Digital's services, including the ecommerce platform, utility bill payments, wallets, and affiliate programs. By accessing our website/app or services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Legal Identity: Jeevandhara Digital is a brand name of Jeevandhara Electronics. All references to "Jeevandhara", "we", "our", or "us" in these Terms and Conditions refer to Jeevandhara Electronics, the legal entity operating the Jeevandhara Digital platform.

1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws. You must provide accurate and complete information when using any service on our platform.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

3. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We accept multiple forms of digital payments through secure gateways.

4. Wallets (Services Wallet & Shopping Wallet)

Jeevandhara Digital offers two types of wallets for convenience:

  • Services Wallet: Balance can only be used for recharge, bill payments, and other digital services within the Jeevandhara platform.
  • Shopping Wallet: Balance can only be used to purchase products or services listed on the Jeevandhara Digital platform.

Both wallets are Closed Wallets and are not RBI-authorised Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPIs). Wallet balances:

  • Cannot be withdrawn in cash or transferred to a bank account/UPI.
  • Cannot be used outside the Jeevandhara Digital ecosystem.
  • Are non-interest bearing.

Loading of wallets is allowed only via authorised payment methods (UPI, cards, net banking, etc.). Refunds from failed transactions will be credited back into the respective wallet within 3–5 working days. No refund will be provided to bank accounts, UPI, or cash.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Ensure you read and understand the conditions before initiating a return. Refunds from failed transactions or cancelled orders will be credited only into the Services Wallet or Shopping Wallet, as applicable.

6. Affiliate Program

If you participate in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the rules set out in our Affiliate Program Terms. Commission payouts, where applicable, may be credited to the affiliate’s wallet within the Jeevandhara platform and are subject to wallet usage rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Jeevandhara Digital or its partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jeevandhara Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. We are not responsible for:

  • Operator downtime or failures,
  • Payment gateway/banking delays,
  • Fraudulent transactions due to user negligence.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, including freezing wallet balances, at any time without notice if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent/misuse activities.

10. Legal Disclaimer & Platform Responsibility

Jeevandhara Digital is a technology platform that facilitates API-based digital services, product purchases, and wallet-based transactions. All transactions initiated on the platform are performed voluntarily by the user.

10.1 Service Intermediary Role

  • Jeevandhara Digital acts only as an intermediary between the user and service/utility/payment operators.
  • We do not modify, alter, or interfere with user-entered details.
  • All transactions are executed exactly as submitted by the customer.

10.2 User Data Input Responsibility

Any loss or service failure arising due to incorrect information entered by the user shall not be the liability of the company. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Wrong mobile number / DTH number
  • Wrong consumer/electricity account number
  • Incorrect recharge or billing details
  • Wrong UPI ID or payment input

No refund or reversal applies in such cases.

11. Refund & Cancellation Terms

Refunds for API-based digital services (recharges, bill payments etc.) are processed only when:

  • Payment is successfully debited, AND
  • The service operator/API fails to process the request, AND
  • The failure is verified by operator backend logs.

If the above conditions are met, refund will be approved and credited to the user's appropriate wallet.

Refund Not Applicable If

  • User enters wrong number/consumer/account details.
  • User provides fake/edited payment proofs.
  • Payment is not received on our UPI/bank account.
  • No valid transaction proof is provided.

Refund Processing Window

  • API/Service failure refunds: 24–72 hours
  • UPI/Banking reconciliation: 3–7 working days
  • Chargeback/fraud investigation: 7–21 business days

Mandatory for Refund Requests:

  • UPI Reference ID
  • Transaction screenshot
  • Bank statement (recent 3–5 entries)

Without these documents, no action or refund will be initiated.

12. Fraud Control & Risk Management

To maintain platform security, Jeevandhara Digital may automatically review and monitor transactions using fraud-detection systems.

Activities That May Trigger Risk Review

  • Multiple failed or repeated recharge attempts.
  • Login from unusual device/IP or frequent device switching.
  • High-value transactions without verification/KYC.
  • Unusual refund request patterns.
  • Multiple accounts created from same device/IP.

Possible Actions for High-Risk or Fraudulent Accounts

  • Account suspension without prior notice.
  • Wallet balance freeze.
  • Permanent ban from platform.
  • Chargeback legal dispute filing.
  • Cyber crime reporting under IT Act Sections 43A & 66D (Fraud/Impersonation).

Law Enforcement Compliance

If required by a competent authority, we may provide:

  • IP logs & device identifiers
  • Transaction trails & payment evidence
  • KYC/identity verification records (if collected)
  • Order history & communication logs

Data disclosure does not imply liability or fault of the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Updates may include modifications to wallet rules, refund policies, or compliance with regulatory requirements.
